Hi, I saw that spigot uses git to download the spigots of today, would it be better to do it to with tridentsdk? I know that spigot did this because the minecraft eula.

I don´t mind at all but its up to the creator (of the future of minecraft servers) :P

well, if you want to download the latest spigot you need to do it with git (like this https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/buildtools/) I know its for the minecraft eula and thats not the matter with tridentsdk. But would it be an idea that we can implent a git client that checks/updates the server when its restarts? or checks every day (if it is a 24/7 server).

Ah, gotcha. We do have a git, but we currently don't do version checks. Please keep track of https://tridentsdk.atlassian.net/browse/TRD-17.
